We are a leading national supplier of lignin-based binding/dispersing serial products. We produce and trade mainly with lignosulphonate technical powder sodium and calcium.

Sodium lignosulfonate (SLS) is produced by advanced technology using corncob as a single raw material. About 12% sodium sulfite is added to the production process for cooking, boiling, and then solution is separated by chromatography after mechanical vapor compression and re-concentrated to produce SLS liquid, after reducing sugar and modification, finally fluid powder obtained by spray-drying process.

Outline use for lignosulphonates

lignosulfonates, or sulfonated lignin, (CAS number 8061-15-6) are water-soluble anionic polyelectrolyte polymers, they are byproducts from the production of wood/natural plants pulp using sulfite pulping. Lignosulfonates have a wide variety of applications in the fields of agriculture & forestry, petroleum, metallurgy, colorant, cement, concrete and polymers industry. Act as plasticizers in making concrete , where they allow concrete to be made with less water (decrease water consumption by 10-15% so as to giving stronger concrete) while maintaining the ability of the concrete to flow.

used during the production of cement, where they act as grinding aids in the cement mill and as a raw mix slurry deflocculant (that reduces the viscosity of the slurry).used for the production of plasterboard to reduce the amount of water required to make the stucco flow and form the layer between two sheets of paper. The reduction in water content allows lower kiln temperatures to dry the plasterboard, saving energy.

The ability of lignosulfonates to reduce the viscosity of mineral slurries is used to advantage in oil drilling mud, where it replaced tannic acids from quebracho or needle wood.To be used to disperse pesticides, dyes, carbon black, and other insoluble solids and liquids into water. They are used in tanning of leather, ceramics, mineral powder, textile, refractory, rubber reinforce agent, They are also used to suppress dust on unpaved roads.


Our Mission

We are committed to introduce and supply this corncob-made lignosulfonate products to the market, not only try to get a benefit, but also for the welfare of local farmers and communities. In the past years, most of the corncobs and stalks in the country go to burn on spot after the corn harvest, Now the farmers can get extra money by collecting and selling the corncobs, at same time air pollution caused by the informal and disorganized burning has ended.

Therefore, we feel have the obligation and proudly to introduce and supply this green and high performance product to at home and abroad market.

In addition to lignin, there are two other components, cellulose and hemicellulose exist in wood and plant straw, of which account for about 55% and 11.5% respectively (lignin 30%).

So our business scope also includes: Xylose and L-arabinose are produced from hemicellulose. Using cellulose to produce multiporous cellulose for friction materials, and graphene, a new material of glabal hot-spot, its applications in functional fibers, anticorrosive coatings, new energy batteries, composite new materials are developing. The remaining residue can be used to produce organic fertilizer. All products will be put online one after another.
